"Small minds are concerned with the extraordinary, great minds with the ordinary."

A simple setting allows the human eye the luxury of detail; golden leaves strewn over blades of grass, the fence moving into the distance, the sky as it meets the horizon. Nature collaborates with itself.

The overly complicated overwhelms the mind and heart, and while the extraordinary is just that, 'extra ordinary', it may fail to hold the observer's attention for long...too big, too elaborate, too amazing. The dazzling Christmas tree fuels the imagination for days. The tree in the garden, for a lifetime. Ordinary, but in the end, remarkable in its ability to sustain our interest.
